Position Overview
Associate lead- Training• Collaborate with the US Training Team to deliver facilitated learning related to our business unit
• Partner with PGLS team and Product Owners to deliver specialized training sessions focused on product learning, enhancements• Drive Learning interventions as per the schedule and ensure to own the responsibility end to end
Role Objectives:
- Using our materials, deliver impactful learning experiences for new and existing Zelis associates in our Price Optimization business unit. Support and enhance an engaged and impactful associate learning community for both orientation related learning and continuing education.
- Collaborate on associate training activities including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and revision of department training programs to address learning needs.
- This is an individual contributor role for the Price Global Learning Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the US Training Team to deliver facilitated learning related to our business unit, claims management systems and suite or services and product solutions.
- Collaborate with team and business stakeholders to develop and maintain a globally accessible catalog of training materials such as handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference workshops.
- Partner with PGLS team and Product Owners to deliver specialized training sessions focused on product learning, enhancements, workflow changes and continuing education learning based on departmental needs.
- Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, gaps in operational knowledge, and areas for improvement across the Price Optimization business unit.
- Conduct engaging onboarding training sessions to educate new employees on product functionality, internal processes, and skill development.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, providing comprehensive training and support to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Serve as a resource for ongoing training and development initiatives, staying up to date on industry trends, software updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address training-related issues, provide ongoing support, and promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
- Drive Learning interventions as per the schedule and ensure to own the responsibility end to end.
- Managing learning data, publishing timely reports and Dashboards.
- Collaborate and partnering with Zelis india Learning team in centralizing all the learning interventions
Qualifications:
- Required: 2- 3 years of training experience in a professional setting within healthcare industry.
- Desired: Bachelors or equivalent degree (human resources, education, psychology)
- Desired: Industry-related training preferred for large-scale service teams in contact center or data processing.
- Desired: Experience with content management, learning management systems required (i.e., Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Power Point, WorkDay)
- Desired: Experience with Salesforce case management, Atlassian Jira & Confluence.
- Required: Strong organizational and time management skills
- Required: Written and verbal communication skills, active listening
- Required: Strong presentation and virtual meeting facilitation experience
- Desired: Intermediate Office 365 application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms)
