Instructional Designer, Learning and Development (L&D) is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and measuring the impact of end-to-end learning. The role focuses on aligning learning programs with Zelis’ business goals and culture while integrating best practices in adult learning, organizational learning, and leadership development. Leverages stakeholder requirements and audience insights to create innovative, evidence-based learning solutions. This includes researching and recommending new design and assessment tactics, as well as leading the development of models, methods, tools, and technologies to drive associate and people leader learning and deliver measurable business impact.
