- Enable the democratization and productization of data assets to drive insights and decision-making.

- Collaborate closely with business units and enterprise functions to maximize the impact of data.
- Leverage intelligence solutions to unlock efficiency, transparency, and value across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Identify, document and manage project risks and issues
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Manage project teams, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Conduct project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement
- Cross functional collaboration – Work closely with Product management & where applicable with BUs – to understand roadmap / objectives better (ZEIT, Price, Payments, I&E etc.). Communicate cross dependencies.
- Enable change & release management processes and measure adherence to them
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Project Management preferred, or equivalent work experience managing technical projects
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technology domain, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira
- Proven experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
- Technical project/program management background preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation.
- Result-oriented with a high sense of ownership.
- Demonstrated success delivering results, measuring performance, and ensuring accountability.
- Proven track record of success in building and sustaining governance models.
- PMP or related certification strongly preferred
