Request Management:

  • Receive, review, and prioritize marketing requests.
  • Make sure to include all relevant information for each request.
  • Assign tasks to the right team members and departments as necessary, working within the team’s project management tools.

Communication:

  • Work as the link between internal stakeholders and the marketing team.
  • Give stakeholders regular information on the status of their requests.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination within the marketing team.

Project Coordination:

  • Develop and maintain a marketing request log and marketing activity calendar.
  • Monitor the progress and support the timely completion of marketing projects and requests.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other marketing professionals to fulfill requests.
  • Communicate backlogs and exceeded deadlines to Marketing Leadership.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all marketing requests and their statuses.
  • Prepare regular reports on request volume, turnaround times, and project outcomes.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement in the request process.

Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate and enhance the marketing request process to improve efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Implement feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine procedures.
  • Develop and document best practices for managing marketing requests.

What You Will bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced marketing environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and marketing software (e.g., Wrike, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and Teams).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
