Key Responsibilities

  • Interview Coordination: Function as the primary point of contact for scheduling interviews, demonstrating a customer-centric approach in all interactions. Coordinate all logistical aspects of interviews including virtual meeting invites, interview guides and materials, and links to candidate pre-work/testing, and room reservations (if applicable).

  • Candidate Communication: Proactively communicate with candidates to provide clear instructions and guidance regarding interviewing logistics, demonstrating professionalism. Provide clear and timely communication throughout the process.

  • Feedback Collection: Implement best practices for gathering and organizing feedback from interviewers, ensuring comprehensive and consistent data is collected.

  • Debrief Scheduling: Schedule debrief meetings with hiring teams to discuss candidate feedback and next steps.

  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationship with recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders, working collaboratively to meet hiring goals while prioritizing candidate satisfaction.

  • System Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), Workday.

  • Process Improvement: Seek opportunities to enhance the candidate’s experience and streamline our interview scheduling and logistics process. Take ownership of process improvements/documentation and contribute to elevating our recruitment practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment coordination or similar role, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.

  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with Workday (preferred).

Location and Workplace Flexibility: We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India.
