Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using TCL and related technologies. Additionally, your expertise in database development will be essential for creating efficient and scalable data solutions.

Essential Duties & Functions:

• Design, develop, and maintain existing software application using TCL.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Construct conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Develop and maintain business logic within TCL and stored procedures.
• Optimize database performance and scalability.
• Work with relational databases. PostgreSQL preferred.
• Create and maintain code through GitHub repository.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer using TCL.
• Strong expertise in TCL and related technologies.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL.
• Experience with database design and optimization.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Detail oriented
• Team player
• Oral and written communication skills
• Time management skills.
