Sapphire is seeking a dedicated Business Operations Project Manager to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives across our business. This role requires exceptional project management skills, a passion for process improvement, and a collaborative approach to driving change.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in both project and program management and possess a strong understanding of business operations. They will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects, aligning resources, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute operations and continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects meet objectives, timelines, and budgetary targets.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, clearly outlining goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing for new operational initiatives.

  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including risk management, stakeholder communication, change management, and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering communication and ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and objectives.

  • Track and analyze project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Continuously evaluate existing business operations and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging innovative ideas and approaches.

  • Facilitate meetings, decision-making processes, and initiatives related to process improvement and change management.


  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management.

  • Demonstrated experience managing operations and continuous improvement projects.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

  • Proficiency with Jira preferred.
