The Business Delivery Program Manager partners with the Director of Implementations, Technology PMO, other PMOs and external vendors to lead activities, manage timelines, and communicate expectations on all assigned projects. This role works to identify post implementations/operational issues and collaborate across stakeholder to develop a unified solution and to drive collaboration across the Enterprise, communicates results and set priorities to ensure progress.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate progress and fulfillment of all requirements per the contract with partners and clients
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define scope of work
Provide status reports and customized reporting as requested
Proactively investigate and develop improvements for existing process or develops new process; identifies areas of opportunity consistent with strategy
Define elements of project, program or objectives and lead; Create and manage complex plans with direct impact on business results
Develop solutions that require extensive analysis and investigation
Work closely with internal PMO’s and Operations teams to ensure proper subject matter expertise is available to support business delivery process
Provide project management SME expertise to other PM’s and cross-functional stakeholders
Supply project planning, documentation, and cross-functional relationship solutioning to other project managers
Work through ambiguous situations and lead the team to an objective deliverable
Domestic travel up to 25%
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
8+ years experience in Healthcare is preferred
Experience with road mapping is preferred
In-depth knowledge of Project Management and leading teams in a complex environment
Solid ability to create project plans, gather requirements and adhering to project plans/timelines
Expert Proficiency in partnering with multiple cross-functional teams to identify solutions to complex issues
Knowledge of core business products and services within the claim administrator, claim software space
