Workday Finance Lead Analyst
The Workday Finance Lead Analyst is responsible for day-to-day operations, business process optimization, and data integrity across the Workday Finance platform. The ideal candidate is excited about Workday Finance products and new release offerings, curious about new and better ways of working, possesses sharp analytical skills, and is willing to partner across the organization to drive change.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
Manages intake for ticketing system. Reviews and seeks clarification from end user as needed. Develops and refreshes weekly metrics on open/close count and ticket type
Designs and optimizes business processes, including unit testing, regression testing, and end to end testing of new functionality
Supports corporate initiatives and roadmap items
What You Will bring:
3-6 years Workday Financials experience, including experience in two or more of the following: Financial Accounting, Business Assets, Revenue Management/Contract to Cash, Procurement, Expenses, and Security
Workday Pro Certification in one or more Financial area preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work style
Highly responsive to incoming tickets, organized, and ready to action straightforward configuration items
Experience leading Biannual Release efforts, including reviewing What’s New, engaging key stakeholders, and leading change management efforts
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point
BS/BA in Accounting/Finance, Information Systems or Computer Science
Workday Pro strongly preferred
PMP or other professional project management certification desired
