Job Description: Analyst, P&C Operations (Learning & Development) – Level 32Location: Hyderabad, India (Global People & Culture Operations)

Partnering With: Sr. Director, Enterprise Learning & Development and Talent Management
Job Summary
The Analyst, P&C Operations (Learning & Development) supports global onboarding and learning initiatives, combining administrative excellence with analytical capabilities. This role collaborates across People & Culture, Enterprise Learning & Development (ELD), and Talent Management to deliver impactful learning experiences and drive continuous improvement. The Specialist will engage with cross-functional teams and peers in the Global Operations team to deliver on shared goals. This role requires a solution-oriented mindset, strong proficiency in LMS/HCM tooling, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Partner with global and regional teams (P&C, ELD, Talent Management, etc.) to ensure alignment and effective delivery of L&D initiatives.
· Support logistics for L&D sessions: scheduling, calendar invites, participant communications, and session production (Zoom, breakout rooms, polls, materials).
· Monitor and support activities leading to accurate records of training assignments, completions, and feedback
· Analyzing data on existing Enterprise Learning and Development programs and support communications and follow up activities
· Analyze trends and mitigations for general Workday LMS actions
· Support administration of DiSC assessments, completion tracking, and digital badging.
· Administer other 360 degree surveys like the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI 360) and others
· Support requests for onboarding and learning program data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement; leveraging Workday reporting where possible.
· Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience, contributing to optimization of HCM processes.
· Generate and maintain internal SOPs to support process documentation and potential compliance/audit needs.
· Collaborate with peers and P&C team members on shared projects and stretch assignments.
· Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, onboarding, or HR operations.
· Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Workday Learning), virtual facilitation tools (e.g., Zoom), and data analysis/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
· Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and digital badging platforms is a plus.
· Experience in process improvement and problem solving within HR or shared services environments.
· Demonstrated ability to analyze and present data trends using Excel and other tools.
· Prior experience supporting global or multi-national environments preferred.
Other Requirements
· May require occasional schedule changes outside standard business hours to support global programs.
· Expected to work primarily in the Zelis-India office regularly (4 days a week).
