Position Overview

As part of the Price Optimization global division, the Offshore Network Development Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the onshore Network Development team in driving revenue growth through strategic provider network expansion. This position is responsible for executing a variety of administrative and operational tasks that enable onshore talent to focus on generating net new provider relationships and expanding existing partnerships across medical and dental networks. The coordinator will work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate support throughout the network development lifecycle.

• Conduct outbound interest calls to prospective medical and dental providers to introduce network opportunities and gather initial information.

• Manage and respond to email inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

• Accurately input and update provider information—including contact details, application status, credentialing readiness, and contract progress—into internal systems and databases, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.

• Review, organize, and process provider applications (medical and dental) to ensure they are complete and ready for credentialing.

• Provide administrative support for contract workflows, including document tracking, status updates, and coordination with relevant teams.

• Collaborate with onshore Network Development teams to ensure smooth provider onboarding and network expansion.

• Perform other general administrative and operational support tasks to assist the broader Network Development function.

• Should be a graduate.
