Position Overview
The Sales Client Management Analytics Project Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing scorecard methodologies, maintaining ongoing segmentation analysis, and overseeing the impact of these activities on organizational capacity, headcount, and staffing models. This position supports data-driven decision-making through process oversight, systems management, and operational reporting.Key Responsibilities
Work with Director of Client Success to develop and manage MIT/KPI scorecards for Sales and Client Management performance measurement.
Lead ongoing segmentation refresh initiatives, evaluating their impact on capacity planning, headcount, and staffing/coverage models—including alignment across data models, systems, and processes.
Oversee processes and provide governance for systems used to track the Book of Business (BoB) and accounts (including but not limited to Client Hub, Workday, Salesforce, PowerBI, Sigma, etc.).
Serve as liaison with Business Unit (BU) analytics and finance teams to consolidate client insight data, identify risks, trends, and business opportunities.
Lead impact reporting analysis, such as growth trends related to programs and engagements.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and potential cost savings.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated experience with KPI and scorecard development, data analytics, or business reporting.
Familiarity with data modeling, segmentation methodologies, and capacity/staffing models.
Experience with business systems such as Salesforce, Workday, PowerBI, and related data management tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance and analytics units.
Process-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a similar analytics/reporting leadership role.
Project management experience and/or relevant certifications.
