Position Overview
Key ResponsibilitiesContract Management
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including MSAs, SOWs, EULAs, NDAs, BAAs, order forms and contract amendments
• Read and analyze existing contracts to identify key terms, obligations, and risks
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure contract alignment with regulatory standards
• Coordinate contract approval workflows and obtain necessary internal sign-offs
• Facilitate execution of contracts using e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign)
• Utilize Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools to track contract status, obligations, and renewals
• Support renewals, extensions, and amendments
• Understand contract clauses relating to compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with technology, business, legal, infosec, and data privacy teams
Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations
• Maintain accurate records of contracts and audit trails

📊 Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Law, or related field
• Experience:
5-8 years in vendor contract drafting and negotiation ideally in Legal or Procurement department, and preferably in services or fintech or healthcare sectors serving the United States of America and India
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management tools (like Intelagree, Icertis, Ironclad, etc.), ticketing management / workflow portal (like ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software (like Workday ERP, SAP, Oracle, Coupa)
o Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools
o Experience with e-signature tools like DocuSign or Adobe Sign or native to CLM systems
o Setting up and running meetings using Microsoft Outlook
• Soft Skills:
o Strong negotiation and written and verbal communication skills
o Detail-oriented with analytical thinking
o Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines

• Understanding of array of sourcing categories including consulting and professional services, facilities, equipment, IT Software, Hardware and Services contracts
