  • Significant experience in a pharma marketing/ad agency, with a proven track record of driving new business through marketing efforts.
  • Proficiency in writing thought leadership content related to the pharmaceutical industry (whitepapers, blogs, infographics, etc.).
  • Experience in creating sales enablement content (pitch deck, product collateral) specifically catered to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levels (sales, strategy) in a pharmaceutical agency environment.
  • Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Research trending marketing innovations in the pharmaceutical field to level up the organization and products.
  • Plan and execute product launches in conjunction with sales and product teams, specifically targeting the pharma industry.
  • Proficient in understanding and managing the competitive landscape in the pharma sector, including sales enablement training.
  • Drive collaborative efforts with marketing resources to ensure smooth campaign execution, with a specific focus on new business acquisition in the pharma sector.

At Ostro, we are looking for a strong marketing professional with a growth marketing mindset. As a result, you will help us understand and maange our competitive landscape, drive sales enablement that will help us land new business opportunities. We are seeking an individual who has worked within or closely to the pharmaceutical marketing world and understands the impact needed for their business models.

The salary range estimate for this position is $150,000-160,000 USD plus equity. These numbers are based on our compensation philosophy and US national averages since, as a fully remote company, we do not adjust compensation based on location.
