We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who continuously seeks out top talent, builds a compelling employment brand, and creates a strong candidate and employee experience. You’ll lead Resonate’s talent acquisition efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers and the VP of Human Resources to ensure a seamless, effective recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sourcing instincts with relationship-building skills and a high level of ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and determine employee hiring needs.
- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
- Design, plan, and execute employer branding initiatives.
- Encourage employees to act as brand ambassadors.
- Source and identify candidates qualified for open positions.
- Analyze hiring needs and provide hiring forecasts.
- Design, plan, and execute selection processes, including screening calls and interviews.
- Review employment applications and background check reports.
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and recommend improvements.
- Plan and implement procedures to enhance the candidate experience.
- Recommend strategies to improve employee retention.
- Lead, oversee, and support members of the recruiting team.
- Use targeted sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.
- Attend career fairs, college fairs, and similar events as needed.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
- Hands-on experience posting jobs on social media and job boards.
- Experience with Greenhouse, Paylocity, and sourcing/recruitment marketing tools.
Critical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Familiarity with a variety of selection methods (interviews, assignments, etc.).
- Strong motivation and influence skills.
