Working hours: India hours primarily (with overlap with US time zones for internal/customer interactions)

Position Overview:
As an Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team members to drive performance and growth. You will work closely with various departments to design, develop, and deliver training programs and resources that empower our employees to excel in their roles. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design comprehensive training programs that align with business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and written guides.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees at various levels, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills.
  • Onboarding: Develop and improve onboarding processes to help new hires quickly integrate into their roles and the company culture.
  • Continuous Learning: Establish a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting self-paced learning opportunities and tracking employee progress.
  • Feedback and Assessment: Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs. Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as needed.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage e-learning platforms and other technology tools to facilitate training and development programs efficiently.
  • Compliance and Certification: Ensure that training programs comply with industry standards and certifications where applicable.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 
  • 5 + years of experience.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, training development, and facilitation.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to utilize e-learning platforms and multimedia tools.
  • Strong project management skills to plan and execute training initiatives effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze training needs and measure the impact of training programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enablement, sales enablement, or related fields.
  • Certifications in training and development.
  • Knowledge of [specific industry or software].
  • Experience working with remote teams or global organizations.
