Position Overview:
As a Product Marketing Manager at Prezent, you will be a key player in bringing our innovative products to market and driving their success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that increase product awareness, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to deeply understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and use this information to inform product positioning and messaging.
• Collaborate with product management teams to contribute to the development of product roadmaps and ensure alignment between product features and customer needs.
• Create compelling product narratives, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with target audiences across various stages of the buyer's journey.
• Craft and deliver impactful product presentations, demos, and sales enablement materials to empower the sales team to effectively communicate product value to clients.
• Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with various teams to ensure successful execution and tracking of launch activities.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns to drive product adoption, usage, and upsells.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-quality marketing collateral, including product datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize product-related content for online channels and support lead generation efforts.
• Partner with customer success and support teams to gather customer feedback and insights, using this information to continuously improve products and customer experiences.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on product marketing performance, including KPIs, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3 to 10 years of proven experience in product marketing or related roles within the [industry/sector].
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and experience with new product launches.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to understand market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms for campaign execution and analysis.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence in execution.
