- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to deeply understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and use this information to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with product management teams to contribute to the development of product roadmaps and ensure alignment between product features and customer needs.
- Create compelling product narratives, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with target audiences across various stages of the buyer's journey.
- Craft and deliver impactful product presentations, demos, and sales enablement materials to empower the sales team to effectively communicate product value to clients.
- Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with various teams to ensure successful execution and tracking of launch activities.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns to drive product adoption, usage, and upsells.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-quality marketing collateral, including product datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize product-related content for online channels and support lead generation efforts.
- Partner with customer success and support teams to gather customer feedback and insights, using this information to continuously improve products and customer experiences.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on product marketing performance, including KPIs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3 to 10 years of proven experience in product marketing or related roles within the [industry/sector].
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and experience with new product launches.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
