Position Overview:
As a Junior Social Media Analyst at Prezent, you will play a vital role in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing our social media presence. Your analytical skills and keen insights will help us make data-driven decisions to improve our social media strategies, engagement, and overall brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track social media platforms to analyze performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Use social media listening tools to gather insights about customer sentiment, feedback, and trending topics related to our industry.
• Assist in creating reports and dashboards that showcase key performance indicators and trends to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with the social media team to develop and implement strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and best practices.
• Support the development of content calendars based on data-driven insights to ensure timely and relevant content.
• Conduct A/B testing on various social media elements (e.g., headlines, visuals, posting times) to optimize performance.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in social media algorithms, trends, and emerging platforms, and recommend strategies to adapt to these changes.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness, and providing insights for improvement.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on influencer collaborations and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media channels.
• Support the development and implementation of social media initiatives to achieve specific business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in social media analytics or related roles.
• Proficiency in social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Creative thinking and an eye for visual aesthetics are a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles is an advantage.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a bonus.
