We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representatives (BDR/SDRs) to join our sales team in India. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. This position calls for individuals with 3+ years of relevant work experience as an Outbound Sales Representative.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other sales techniques.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Educate prospects about the company's products and services, highlighting their value proposition and benefits.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Effectively communicate with prospects to build rapport, address objections, and overcome barriers to set qualified appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further sales processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience as an Outbound Sales Representative.
- Proven experience as an Outbound Sales Representative, Business Development Representative (BDR), or Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools for prospecting and lead management.
- Knowledge of the sales process and experience with outbound sales techniques.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving results.
- Experience in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools to manage sales pipelines and track performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
