Position Title: Lead O2C - Revenue Operations
Working Hours: 3pm to 2am IST
About the role:
Prezent is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Revenue Operations team, specializing in Order to Cash processes with a primary focus on contract management. This role ensures the seamless execution of the end-to-end revenue cycle, from contract negotiation and order processing to invoicing and revenue recognition.
The ideal candidate has 5 years of expertise in contract management, familiarity with revenue operations systems (Salesforce, QuickBooks, and 3 rd party supplier systems), and a deep understanding of Order to Cash processes. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role. This position is pivotal in driving operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
You will be working on:
- Review and validate customer contracts to ensure compliance with policies, legal standards, and revenue recognition guidelines.
- Support the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including order entry, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and GTM payouts.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of contracts and transactions in revenue operations systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce revenue cycle bottlenecks.
- Support quarterly targets to ensure revenue is realized to cash, accurate revenue reporting, and forecasting.
- Customer obsessed - address customer inquiries related to billing, contracts, or payment issues promptly and professionally.
We are looking for:
- Contracts Management: Strong and fluent in both English and legalese.
- RevOps: Understanding of the order-to-cash pipeline.
- Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, QuickBooks, SAP Ariba, Tungsten, Coupa, and Candex.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or equivalent.
- 5 years of Professional experience.
