The Digital Account Specialist is an individual who operates with urgency to support incoming digital team business development efforts. This position will support and respond to incoming acquisition efforts and tradeshow support needs. Focusing on both agency and retail-based relationships, the Digital Account Specialist will support all agency profiling and onboarding efforts.

How You’ll Do It

Acquisition of new partners

  • Inbound and outbound sales efforts including trade show presence
  • Manage a large transactional caseload (approximately 850:1 ratio)
  • Present a strong executive presence to convert interested partners successfully
  • Manage overall ownership of time, processes, and outcomes/results
  • Memorialize all conversations and their corresponding units of value in SFDC for future benefit of Pie
  • Meet or exceed new agency acquisition targets monthly

Onboarding new clients

  • Author a compelling story and captivate all participants during onboarding presentations
  • Convey confidence in the message and the presented material
  • Distill complex content and processes into their simplest form
  • Tenacious coverage of every individual to ensure content is seen and absorbed
  • Capture early engagement evidenced through production and capitalize on interest to create additional submission volume
  • Build lasting relationships by focusing on and addressing the unique needs of the audience

Maintain service communication with existing partners

  • Take ownership of engaging disengaged partners at key moments

The Right Stuff

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management
  • 3 years of insurance experience preferred
  • 2 years in commercial insurance preferred
  • Adaptable to changes in goals, priorities, workflow, and role responsibilities. Desire a fast paced results driven environment at a growing company
  • Advanced communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills, to deliver complex information effectively with a thoughtful and collaborative approach. Strong self-awareness and ability to manage own emotions and behavior. Strong confidence, self- awareness and ability to manage emotions and behavior - Executive Presence
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to pivot to the unique needs of the audience
  • Proven ability to set and achieve personal and professional goals with ownership and accountability for performance, while prioritizing tasks by importance and deadline.
  • Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverables.
  • Salesforce, Google Suite, Looker (data warehouse)

Base Compensation Range
$28.25$33.65 USD

Location Information

Unless otherwise specified, this role has the option to be hybrid or remote. Hybrid work locations provide team members with the flexibility of working partially from our Denver or DC office and from home. Remote team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
