We are currently looking for an individual to work an 8 month Fixed Term Contract as a Tresuary Associate to cover a maternity leave. Ideal candidates will be based in/around the Newcastle Upon Tyne area and be able to be in the office 1 day a week, or as needed. In this role, the associate will be responsible for general billing/treasury transactions and monitoring of revenue billings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all daily banking per relevant groups to ensure publisher commission invoices are
released daily - Process returned publisher payments on a daily basis to ensure the correct and up-to-date
status is reflected in both the Partnerize Platform and Netsuite - Ensure responsible bank accounts are reconciled on a weekly basis
- Liaise with wider finance team to ensure bank postings are completed when required
- Ensure responsible bank accounts are reconciled for month end
- Assist the team with any Month End reconciliation and reporting requirements
- Assist with partner payment runs.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree (or studying towards) in business or related field
- Basic Microsoft Excel Competency
- Proficient organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competent Excel skills
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years banking/business office experience
- Experience and exposure with various business systems
- Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP
