Overview

Imagine being the go-to person who helps amazing brands grow even bigger and smarter. That's what an Account Strategist at Partnerize does! You'll be dedicated to making our brand partners super happy, building awesome relationships, and helping them unlock serious growth. If you love connecting with people, diving into data, and genuinely making an impact, you'll feel right at home.

We're looking for someone with fantastic communication skills, a knack for building rapport, and a proactive spirit. You'll need a curious mind, a drive to get things done, and a genuine passion for putting our customers first, every single day. This role is all about owning your projects and bringing a can-do attitude, curiosity, and professionalism to everything you do.

Heads up! This is a hybrid role, meaning you'll join us in our vibrant London office for 1-2 days each week to collaborate and connect.

What you will do:

  • Partner Up: Work closely with a cool portfolio of established and rising brands, helping them set big goals and smash them.
  • Strategy Superpowers: Be the expert, consulting on smart affiliate program strategies and giving actionable tips.
  • Lead the Way: Guide weekly calls with our customers, sharing progress, new opportunities, and exciting insights.
  • Shine Bright: Prepare and deliver brilliant presentations (both online and in-person!) that truly wow our customers.
  • Budget Boss: Help forecast budgets, keeping an eye on both customer and Partnerize's success.
  • Growth Guru: Lend a hand with renewals and contract negotiations, making sure everyone wins.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with your awesome teammates to discover and build new opportunities for our customers.

What you will achieve:

1 – 6 months

  • Become a wizard in affiliate e-commerce strategies and tactics that drive serious revenue.
  • Master the world of publisher partners and understand how they help brands find new customers.
  • Get super savvy with program strategies like commissioning and media partnerships.
  • Take the lead on a group of exciting customer relationships.
  • Build strong, lasting connections with brands, publishers, and your internal team.

6+ months

  • Confidently manage budgets, renewals, and smart risk mitigation.
  • Drive even more e-commerce revenue for both established giants and exciting new brands.
  • Play a key role in developing new tactics and processes that ensure our customers' success.
  • Help Partnerize shine even brighter for our top-notch work and customer support.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, OR 2 years of solid experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing.
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience (affiliate experience is a big plus!).
  • A strong analytical mindset – you're comfortable crunching and understanding large data sets.
  • The ability to multitask effectively and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using PCs, Windows, MS Word, and an advanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A personal sense of integrity, commitment, and professionalism.
