Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on a dual role as a Growth Specialist. This role is critical in driving the implementation of data-driven insights and empowering the sales team by combining the responsibilities of data analysis and enablement. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with sales, client success, and marketing to execute an efficient, cohesive, and data-driven strategy to accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement data-driven insights to guide decision-making across commercial operations.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, training materials, and resources to boost the effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and client success, to ensure alignment and streamline processes.
  • Leverage Salesforce, and analytics tools to manage responsibilities effectively, reducing handoffs and improving execution efficiency.
  • Work with the head of revenue operations and internal stakeholders to formulate key insights and enablement, ensuring strategies are quickly executed and implemented.
  • Ensure workload feasibility through prioritization and by automating routine tasks, such as reporting and dashboard management.

Educational Background

Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory):

  • Fields: Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.

Advanced Certification (preferred):

  • Salesforce Certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant).
  • Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI certifications.

Key Skills

Analytical & Technical:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools: Tableau, Power BI, SQL.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce reporting.
  • Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Alteryx) and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to identify key merchant opportunities in order to drive growth across the merchant base.

Sales Enablement:

  • Ability to create impactful materials, briefs, enablement resources, and tools.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.

Process Optimization:

  • Expertise in streamlining workflows and reducing manual intervention via automation.
  • Experience in automating reporting dashboards and optimizing sales tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • High adaptability to a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Work Experience

Industry Experience:

  • Preferably in SaaS, Fintech, or technology-driven organizations.

Years of Experience:

  • 2–5 years

Educational Background

National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Honours

  • Fields: Business Administration, Digital Marketing (performance focussed), Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.

Advanced Certification (preferred):

  • Salesforce Certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant).
  • Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI certifications.
