We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Cloud and Infrastructure Support to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, integrity, and confidentiality of Microsoft-based systems and internal cloud infrastructure within our organization. This role will involve working closely with various teams to assess risks, implement security measures, and provide guidance on best practices, providing technical support, optimizing performance for Microsoft Cloud service.

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
• In-depth understanding of cloud security concepts, best practices, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001.
• Experience with managing and supporting Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments.
• Knowledge of network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly analyze complex security issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Your roles and responsibilities:

• This role involves overseeing and managing our Azure and Office 365 environments, including resource deployment, configuration, and ongoing optimization.
• Providing end-users with timely technical support, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and collaborating with IT team are key responsibilities of this position.
• Ensuring the implementation and enforcement of security policies, actively monitoring for security incidents, and maintaining compliance with industry standards are vital aspects of this role.
• Responsibilities in this area include setting up and managing backup and disaster recovery solutions for our Microsoft cloud resources and executing recovery plans when needed.
• This role requires meticulous documentation of configurations and procedures, along with generating regular reports on infrastructure performance and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain secure Microsoft-based systems and internal cloud environments.
• Provide security guidance and recommendations to IT team during the development and implementation of Microsoft-based applications and cloud solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and vulnerabilities related to Microsoft technologies and internal cloud platforms.
• Participate in incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and remediation of security incidents.
• Conduct security awareness training and promote a culture of security within the organization.
