About The Role
Overtime’s Brand design team plays a crucial role in shaping our brand by creating impactful visual and graphic designs that support our sales, events, broadcast, ecommerce, web, marketing, and content teams. Our design work connects with a diverse group of sports fans and our core Gen Z audience while staying true to our mission and values.
What you'll do
What you'll do
- Craft visually impactful presentation templates that enable sales to deliver polished, persuasive pitches
- Design bespoke logos and identity systems for our leagues, events, shows and social accounts
- Create compelling visuals and graphics to help market and promote our brand’s IP
- Collaborate closely with not only design but other Overtime teams to ensure brand consistency across all products.
- Manage and adhere to our brand guidelines and assets, ensuring all internal and external communications adhere to these standards
- Work within a fast paced environment while maintaining a high standard of creativity and professionalism
- Keeping up-to-date with current design trends and technologies, continuously thinking about ways to innovate
Who you are
- A minimum of 1-2 years creating sport graphics
- Heavy follower of sports graphic trends in popular culture and social media
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in sport graphics and brand design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. A knowledge of motion and animation software is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Workplace especially Slides. A knowledge of Apple Keynote is a plus
- The ability to deliver consistent graphics even with limited or low quality image resources
- Strong communication skills, whether in the office or remote
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects across different leagues with tight deadlines
- Understanding the need to be available 7 days out of the week and at irregular times
- An exceptional eye for visual design, current trends, and best practices.
- High attention to detail
- Open to constructive feedback and takes art direction well
- Motivated self-starter and team player; ability to work collaboratively
Overtime expects the salary range for this position to fall between $60k-70k annually. Salary is dependent on the individuals years of experience and skill set. Overtime also offers a flexible vacation package, health benefits and stock options in the company.
