- An ideal candidate will have exposure to other areas of law, such as employment, intellectual property, and data privacy
- You are a collegial, team oriented and driven self-starter with superior intellectual, analytical, and prioritization abilities who is able to function with a high degree of independence with little oversight in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment, while managing your time appropriately based on the needs of the company
- You have sound judgment; you know how to resolve complicated matters while maintaining integrity and confidentiality
- You have a strong ability to turn legalese into language that everyone understands and believes in
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, holding yourself and others accountable with kindness and humility
