As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will support day-to-day customer operations, coordinate onboarding and communications, and ensure successful execution of customer programs. You’ll collaborate closely with CX Managers to track tasks, organize resources, and deliver an excellent experience to our multi-location brand partners.
