We are looking for a data-driven Customer Experience Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support to define and operationalize customer programs, measure outcomes, and scale best practices across our multi-location brand customers.
