About the Role:
We are looking for a Proposal Associate who will be responsible for maintaining content and tooling used by our proposals team to respond to external inquiries about Narmi. This role will work in close partnership with our Proposal Manager and collaborate across the organization, particularly with product and revenue teams. The goal will be to create and update compelling content that showcases Narmi's partnerships with financial institutions and highlights how we are shaping the future of banking.
A primary focus for this role will include managing Narmi's Request For Proposals (RFP) library in Responsive, a tool designed to streamline proposal creation and ensure consistent messaging. These efforts will ensure the content in outgoing proposals enhances Narmi's brand perception among potential clients and drives sales opportunities forward. Keeping documentation up-to-date is crucial, as our platform and organization are constantly evolving. Additionally, this role will provide support to the Proposal Manager relative to active proposals in progress, including content support, draft edits and backup deadline management. Ultimately, this role will contribute to Narmi's growth in the market while directly improving the proposal team’s efficiency.
What you'll do:
- Implement and maintain program initiatives that support proposal content management and other documentation efforts including regular audits of RFP library and other content to ensure accuracy, consistency and relevance
- Partner with proposal manager to develop assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement of proposal library
- Become an expert in Narmi’s platform and product capabilities and how to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Proactively keep informed on product updates and monthly releases, and leverage internal sales enablement resources and/or collaborate with sales engineers and product managers as needed to confirm current content and translate updates directly as needed into proposal library
- Facilitate and monitor content updates by cross-functional owners
- Act as an editor to ensure consistency in response content and quality
- Provide backup support to create outgoing proposal documents
- Monitor metrics on the usage of RFP tools and proposal output, and internal feedback
- Assist with coordinating and delegating cross-functional initiatives as needed, building internal relationships to execute upon shared objectives
What you'll bring:
- 2 years of project management or communications experience preferred
- Proficient written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to maintain consistent thoroughness and accuracy when tackling tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges
- B.A. or B.S. degree
- SaaS or financial services experience is preferred
The expected annual base salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 Hybrid - NYC. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
