A successful candidate will continuously work to solve important banking user problems and improve end user financial health. We are looking for someone we can trust, that will lead and execute based on facts and data. We are looking for someone with the desire to work with like-minded individuals to pursue the path of success and mastery. </p><p><b>Job Duties</b></p><ul><li><p>Be a true leader with responsibility for designing, developing, and launching software alongside a talented team. Your area of responsibility will lead and cover requirements gathering, strategy creation, documentation creation, timeline specification, user experience analysis, quality assurance, product performance, and product usage</p></li><li><p>Identify impactful opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data </p></li><li><p>Work with a cross-functional team of designers, writers, software engineers, data scientists, quality assurance engineers, and product marketers to build and bring innovative products to market that align with the <span><span><span>MX</span></span></span> mission</p></li><li><p>Use your experience in product management to work on new cutting-edge and innovative solutions </p></li><li><p>Gain a strong understanding of the financial industry and work with a diverse size of companies in the space</p></li><li><p>Strengthen a comprehensive understanding of finances, account and transaction types and methods of data enhancement used to provide the best end user experience</p></li><li><p>Work with valuable data that has significant impact on the end users life, by thinking through the pros and cons of a solution and using data to drive the right option</p></li><li><p>Empathizing with users through research and usability testing sessions</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Communicate ideas and concepts effectively through mock-ups or detailed documentation</p></li><li><p>Accept and give thoughtful critique in a collaborative environment</p></li><li><p>Develop strategies to retain current clients and implement solutions and products that drive accelerated growth</p></li></ul><p><b>Job Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>5+ year of experience with data and analytics required </p></li><li><p>Proficiency in AI with real world experience training and evaluating models </p></li><li><p>Bachelor's Degree preferred</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience in creating products that have impact on business and product metrics</p></li><li><p>12+ years experience in the full software and product development lifecycle, with an understanding of the fundamentals of building successful SaaS products preferred</p></li><li><p>Prior experience working with APIs and/or cloud infrastructure is preferred but not required </p></li><li><p><span><span><span>FDX</span></span></span>/Open Banking experience is preferred but not required </p></li><li><p>Excellent internal cross-team and external customer-facing communication skills</p></li><li><p>Expert-level knowledge of prioritizing complex problems</p></li><li><p>Self-starter attitude and the ability to own projects from concept to finish</p></li><li><p>A Growth-Mindset with a desire to always learn and improve</p></li><li><p>Well-versed in user centric solutions</p></li><li><p>A background in Fintech or banking is a plus</p></li></ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At MX, we are a high-performance organization that thrives on trust and results.
