Job Summary
We are looking to add an outstanding Senior Technical Consultant to help service and manage our client integrations. If you have experience working with HTTPS communications, working with APIs, script writing, and a desire to drive excellence within, then this will be an amazing opportunity for you.
Job Duties
Work on complex client integrations with the largest Financial Institutions in the country.
Represent the Professional Services Team as an integration specialist and subject matter expert across multiple products at MX.
Interface daily with engineering and have a clear understanding of current sprint work efforts, backlog, and high priority issues of live clients.
Represent the voice of our live clients and be a source of input and guidance to our engineering and product leaders.
Be an escalation point for our Technical Support and Professional Services teams.
Mentor and be focused on increasing the knowledge level of the team through individual mentoring, group enablement, and strong documentation.
Promote knowledge capture as a leader of your product area. You will insist on good knowledge-capture habits and hygiene and lead by example.
Basic Requirements
8+ years of experience in the finance industry, SaaS organizations, and data aggregation
2+ years of development or IT-oriented education, training, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Strong understanding (at a code level) of technical integrations, deep troubleshooting, product platform dependencies, product development lifecycle, and engineering best practices.
Strong coding or script writing experience or understanding of multiple languages.
Familiarity with multiple database platforms.
Must be able to track problems to their source and propose a course of action.
Preferred Requirements
8+ years experience interacting with or leading cross-departmental efforts preferred.
8+ years of troubleshooting and integrating SaaS based products or services preferred.
Clearly and concisely communicate technical terms and workflows both internally with employees and externally with clients. Experience writing technical documentation is a plus.
Work Environment
At MX, we seek to hire candidates who drive results and achieve successful outcomes. We utilize a hybrid work arrangement style, which may require both local and remote team members to be in the office when necessary, to kick off projects, hold cross team strategy meetings, or complete key deliverables. Remote team members will travel into the office four times per year, and MX covers travel expenses associated with this requirement. Compensation
The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently to . This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
