Job Duties
Develop, own, and drive the vision and strategy for the company’s analytics consulting practice.
As an influential leader, drives building and implementing MX strategic plans to accelerate Customer Analytics organizational policies to build and scale revenue opportunities cross functionally supporting matrix MX business units in alignment with MX organizational corporate strategy and executive policy makers with a focus on client success.
Thought Leader responsible for cross functional success across MX, driving growth at MX through a unified vision and direction of resource allocation decisions for the MX professional services organization leading a consultancy practice.

Develop client-facing solutions that:
Promote and extend the utilization of MX data and analytics products
Deliver measurable ROI for financial institutions across lines of business, including digital banking and marketing
Develop sophisticated value calculators, ROI models, and other KPI frameworks that align with strategic business objectives.
Curate a compelling library of use cases and events that demonstrably link to tangible dollar value outcomes.
Enhance onboarding processes and elevate customer satisfaction by aligning identified value propositions with measurable business objectives.

Engagement responsibilities:
Problem identification
Strategic alignment
System architecture definition
Client training and solution deployment.
Development of engagement materials, reports, and presentations

Project management responsibilities:
Interaction with MX and client executives and managers
Engagement scoping and planning
Proposal and contract generation
Cost and schedule management
Ensure final delivery of client engagements
Measure the success of client engagements and the success of the consulting practice.

Partner with internal MX teams to develop data-backed insights and metrics to measure product reach, effectiveness, and ROI for a wide range of MX products and services.
Mentor and train Solution Consultants, Account Executives, and other stakeholders in effectively identifying and showcasing value to clients.
Proactively collaborate with sales representatives to identify opportunities and strategies to achieve sales quotas, leveraging deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
Collaborate cross-functionally to refine messaging and positioning of MX solutions
Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams on customer needs and product opportunities

Work closely with these internal teams to articulate the ROI messages into case studies, success stories, value propositions, and other client-facing artifacts by focusing on
Product and operational analytic excellence
Data visualization
Storytelling through data
Personal career development
Create and deliver presentations and memoranda to communicate key findings to colleagues and senior leaders
Job Requirements
Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Econometrics) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
10+ experience within the Financial Services industry with specialization in management reporting and analytics, digital banking, and digital marketing
Successful experience in building, leading, and guiding a product or operational analytics function
Professional background likely to include (a) 5+ years of “hands-on” experience in data analytics and (b) 5+ years of experience managing analytics teams
Strong communication skills, including the demonstrated ability to (a) write “client-ready” strategy documents, operational plans, and insight memos and (b) deliver polished and compelling presentations
Ability to translate strategic mission objectives into an analytical framework, project plan, and action items
Superior critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to keep looking for better solutions
Drive to tackle demanding goals with enthusiasm, tenacity in the face of stubborn obstacles, and interest in pursuing personal and technical development alongside other commitments
Commitment to client needs and satisfaction, humility in the face of constructive feedback, and production of high-quality work that builds trust and confidence with stakeholders
