In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with leaders across Product and Technology to identify, attract, and hire the exceptional talent needed to move our business forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with senior leadership to design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned to MX’s ambitious mission.

  • Drive recruiting initiatives across key technical disciplines.

  • Streamline and manage the full-cycle recruiting process in collaboration with hiring managers.

  • Represent MX at industry events, meetups, and networking opportunities within the fintech and startup ecosystem.

  • Use data and key hiring metrics to forecast needs, refine processes, and influence business decisions.

  • Partner with People Experience and hiring teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through personalized, high-touch engagement.

  • Manage job requisition details, including job descriptions, compensation alignment, and interview panel coordination.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in technical recruiting

  • 5+ years of experience partnering directly with Director-level and above

  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting

  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to influence leaders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • Proficiency with Google Suite

  • Experience using Workday

  • Previous recruiting experience within the fintech industry
