MX is looking to add a Financial Analyst supporting Go-To-Market to our finance team. You will support the organization as a whole in expense management, ROI and ad-hoc analysis, helping us ensure accuracy and integrity in all that we do.

Job Duties

• Cross-functional business partnering with the sales and marketing organizations; including but not limited to compensation modeling, vendor expense management, resource/capacity planning, ROI analysis, etc.

• Provide data-driven consultation to internal stakeholders using financial and operational modeling to answer complex questions

• Become a champion for our corporate data structures and processes, provide auditing, enablement, and mentorship in all things GTM to help ensure uniformity, integrity and accuracy in our forecasting process

• Provide ongoing support to leaders across various departments to develop rolling forecasts, annual budgets, variance analyses; highlight risks & opportunities and proactively identify and drive improvements and efficiency

• Perform other ad-hoc analysis as assigned

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of FP&A, financial modeling, formulas, and calculations

• Prior experience in managing budgets (headcount, vendor expense etc), cost center reporting, and forecasting (previous experience supporting sales and marketing organizations preferred)

• Executive communication and presentation skills

• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables

• Expertise in Excel modeling

• Strong analytical acumen

• Enjoy working with data, strong attention to detail, data discrepancies, downstream dependencies, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance related field preferred

Work Environment

Travel expectations for remote employees is about 15%, and the company covers travel expenses for remote employees. Local employees will utilize in-office time on a weekly basis Tuesday through Thursday. Compensation

The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $94,500-$113,500. This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
