If so, we have an immediate for an experienced Senior Product Manager who will continue accelerating financial banking innovation into the market with fresh ideas and a founders mindset. A successful candidate will continuously work to solve poignant banking user problems and improve end-user financial health. We are looking for someone we can trust, that will lead and execute based on facts and data and not emotions and anecdotes. Job Duties

  • Be responsible for designing, developing, and launching software alongside a talented team. Your area of responsibility will lead and cover requirements gathering, documentation creation, timelines specification, user experience analysis, quality assurance, product performance, and product usage

  • Work with a cross-functional team of designers, writers, software engineers, data scientists, quality assurance engineers, and product marketers to build and bring innovative products to market that align with the MX mission

  • Use your experience in product management to work on new cutting-edge and innovative solutions not just incremental maintenance

  • Gain a strong understanding of the financial industry and work with a diverse size of companies in the space

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of finances, account and transaction types and methods of data enhancement used to provide the best end-user experience

  • Work with valuable data that has a significant impact on the end user's life

  • Thinking through the pros and cons of a solution and using data to drive the right option

  • Empathizing with users through research and usability testing sessions

  • Communicate ideas and concepts effectively through mock-ups

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the full software and product development lifecycle, with an understanding of the fundamentals of building successful SaaS products

  • 2+ years prior experience working with APIs and/or cloud infrastructure.

  • Excellent internal cross-team and external customer-facing communication skills

  • Expert-level knowledge of prioritizing complex problems

  • Self-starter attitude and the ability to own projects from concept to finish

  • Well-versed in user-centric solutions

Advanced Requirements

  • A background in Fintech or banking is a plus

Work Environment
At MX, we utilize a hybrid work model, which allows us to attract top talent, provide work-life balance, and increase productivity through collaboration. Our team members enjoy a balance of remote work and monthly in-person collaboration meetings. Travel expectations are about 15%, and the company covers travel expenses for remote employees. Local employees are encouraged to utilize in-office time on a weekly basis Tuesday through Thursday. Both local and remote employees can take advantage of our incredible office space with onside perks like company-paid meals, onsite massage therapist, golf simulator, and meditation room to name a few.

Compensation

The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $132,500 to $159,000. This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
