MX is looking to add a Financial Analyst supporting Product, Technology and Information Security to our finance team. You will support the organization as a whole in ad-hoc analysis and audits, helping us ensure accuracy and integrity in all that we do.

Job Duties

• Work on a variety of cross-functional projects including but not limited to compensation modeling, vendor spend, resource allocation, ROI analysis, etc.

• Provide data-driven consultation to internal stakeholders using financial and operational modeling to answer complex questions

• Become a data-champion for our corporate data structure, provide auditing, training, and mentoring in all things data to help ensure uniformity and integrity to our corporate data

• Provide ongoing support to leaders across various departments as a business partner to develop rolling forecasts, annual budgets, variance analyses; highlight risks & opportunities and explore ideas to improve each process

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of FP&A, financial modeling, formulas, and calculations

• Prior experience in managing budgets, cost center reporting, and forecasting (previous experience supporting R&D organizations preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject (finance, economics, mathematics)

• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables

• Expertise in complex modeling in Excel

• Strong analytical acumen

• Enjoy working with data, inclusive of a keen attention to detail, data discrepancies, downstream dependencies, etc.

• Expertise in presenting and PowerPoint

Compensation

The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $94500-$113500.

This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
