MX is looking to add a Financial Analyst supporting Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing and Revenue) to our finance team. You will support the organization as a whole in ad-hoc analysis and audits, helping us ensure accuracy and integrity in all that we do.

Job Duties

  • Work on a variety of cross-functional projects including but not limited to compensation modeling, vendor expense management, resource/capacity planning, ROI analysis, etc.

  • Provide data-driven consultation to internal stakeholders using financial and operational modeling to answer complex questions

  • Become a data-champion for our corporate data structure, provide auditing, training, and mentoring in all things data to help ensure uniformity and integrity to our corporate data

  • Provide ongoing support to leaders across various departments to develop rolling forecasts, annual budgets, variance analyses; highlight risks & opportunities and explore ideas to improve each process

  • Perform other ad-hoc analysis as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of FP&A, financial modeling, formulas, and calculations

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject (statistics, finance, science, technology, economics or mathematics)

  • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables

  • Expertise in complex modeling in Excel

  • Strong analytical acumen (experience in SQL is a plus)

  • Enjoy working with data, strong attention to detail, data discrepancies, downstream dependencies, etc.

  • Prior experience in managing budgets, cost center reporting, and forecasting

  • Executive communication and presentation skills

Work Environment

Compensation

The expected earnings for this role could be comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions as applicable. The total compensation for this role is $94,500-$113,500.

This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
