This allows our company culture to be defined by our team members and their shared values, like trust, ambition, quality, radical honesty, and compassionate leadership. It’s why we all really love working for the Hardest Working Software in Television™ (and also why we were named one of Ad Age’s Best Places To Work in 2025.)

We pride ourselves on bringing unrivaled performance and simplicity to Connected TV advertising. Our self-serve technology makes running TV ads as easy as search and social, helping brands drive measurable conversions, revenue, site visits, and more. We’re committed to innovation that empowers, not replaces. At MNTN, AI is a tool for growth, enhancing efficiency while keeping a people-first approach. Our goal is to streamline workflows and drive new solutions—without compromising the human element that makes our company great.

So if wanting to do more, own more, and make a bigger impact comes naturally to you, then you may be the person we're looking for to join us in our next stage of growth.

MNTN is looking for a Senior Search Media Buyer to own and scale our Google Ads program focused on high-quality lead generation (demo requests and direct sign-ups). This role is highly hands-on and performance-driven, requiring deep expertise in Google Ads, strong B2B marketing intuition, and a relentless focus on measurable outcomes.

You will be responsible for day-to-day execution, optimization, and scaling of paid search campaigns, working closely with marketing, analytics, and product teams to drive efficient customer acquisition.

What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end management of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, and supporting formats) with a focus on driving qualified B2B leads
  • Execute daily optimizations including bidding strategies, budget allocation, keyword expansion, query mining, and negative keyword management
  • Continuously test and iterate on ad copy, landing page alignment, and conversion flows to improve CVR and CPL
  • Build and refine full-funnel search strategies that capture both high-intent demand and incremental opportunity
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and uncover growth opportunities
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure messaging aligns with target personas and value propositions
  • Collaborate with analytics to ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining strict performance targets (CPA, ROAS, pipeline contribution)
  • Develop and document testing roadmaps and share insights across the team
  • Stay current on Google Ads features, betas, and industry best practices

What success looks like

  • Consistently hitting or exceeding lead volume and efficiency targets (CPL, CPA)
  • Measurable growth in qualified demo requests and direct sign-ups from paid search
  • Clear, repeatable optimization and testing framework that improves performance over time
  • Strong contribution to pipeline and revenue, not just top-of-funnel metrics
  • Clean, scalable account structure that supports continued growth
  • Actionable insights that influence broader marketing strategy

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Deep expertise in search campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques
  • Proven track record of driving B2B lead generation (demo-driven and/or self-serve signup motions)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear actions
  • Experience managing and scaling significant budgets with efficiency constraints
  • Comfort operating as a senior IC, owning strategy and execution without heavy oversight
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance reporting
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to have

  • Experience in ad tech, martech, SaaS, or performance marketing environments
  • Familiarity with offline conversion tracking and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience running experiments across landing pages and funnel optimization
  • Exposure to automation, scripts, or feed-based campaign management

MNTN Perks

  • 100% remote within the US
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • Annual vacation allowance for travel related expenses
  • Three-day weekend every month of the year
  • Competitive compensation
  • 100% healthcare coverage
  • 401k plan
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for dependent, medical, and dental care
  • Access to coaching, therapy, and professional development
