Do you scour the internet for inspiration and examples of how brands get the right people to pay attention to an idea, product, or service they don’t yet know they need?

Do you think that David Oglivy, Joe Sugarman, and Russell Brunson are geniuses?

Then, we want to talk to you.

We’re hiring for a marketing copywriter who will play a key role in creating, testing, and evolving the most effective ads, landing pages, emails, and occasionally social media posts to attract even more creators, entrepreneurs, and brands to Mighty.

To get more specific:

  • Work with Mighty’s CEO and founder to turn new ideas and insights into copy worth testing.
  • Test and iterate the most effective entry points into Mighty’s rich arsenal of education, POV, and success stories. Draw attention to core concepts like Community Design™ and People Magic with unexpected copy perfect for this moment.
  • Unlock and creatively promote the things people really care about as it relates to what’s different and unique about Mighty.
  • Help us build a new category around a concept much more powerful than building an audience that Silicon Valley doesn’t want anyone to know about.

How you’ll spend your days:

  • Write and test ads on Meta and Google.
  • Write and iterate landing pages to catch interest from ads.
  • Write and iterate email campaigns to cold traffic.
  • Write and evolve lead magnets that come out of Mighty’s proven frameworks for creating and scaling a wildly profitable community, course, membership, challenge, or event.
  • Write and iterate scripts for videos.
  • Write and iterate the most interesting success stories of our Hosts and their members.

Qualifications

  • Can you point us to examples of things you’ve conceived of and written that have gotten not just attention, but sales and results?
  • Do you have a portfolio of your work that you can share? A portfolio that we look at and say, “oh, I know why they are good at their job.”
  • Are you chronically online and paying attention to what’s working right now not just in paid ad funnels, but internet culture in general?
  • Are you comfortable collaborating with other humans and working on a team that’s here to win?
  • Do you constantly refresh the analytics dashboard to see how your words performed?
