We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in technical product support and a passion for customer success. This is a hybrid role that requires the successful candidate to work 2-3 days per week from our office location, with the remainder of the work being completed remotely from home.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and ensuring they have a positive experience using our product. You will work closely with our engineering and customer success teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our chatbot platform
Document and track customer issues in our ticketing system
Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve product issues
Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a positive customer experience
Continuously improve product support processes and procedures

Required Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in technical product supportBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems and customer support tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
