Job Responsibilities:

1. Full stack development: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, including front-end and back-end components, for the Leena AI platform.
2. AI model integration: Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI models into the chatbot platform, ensuring seamless communication and interaction between the AI models and the users.
3. Chatbot customization: Customize and enhance the chatbot capabilities by integrating AI algorithms, natural language processing (NLP) techniques, and machine learning models.
4. Back-end development: Build scalable and robust server-side components using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Node.js.
5. System integration: Integrate the chatbot platform with various enterprise systems, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software, human resources management systems (HRMS), and knowledge bases.
6. Performance optimization: Identify and implement performance optimizations to ensure the chatbot platform operates efficiently, with low latency and high availability.
7. Stay updated with AI trends: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies, chatbot platforms, and related frameworks to propose and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's, in computer science from top Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
2. Experience: 4+ Years
3. Strong programming skills: Proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
4. AI expertise: Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
5. Database knowledge: Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
6. NLP expertise: Knowledge of natural language processing techniques, sentiment analysis, intent recognition, and entity extraction is a plus.
7. DevOps skills: Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes) for deployment and scaling.
