About the Role:

You’ll lead a team of Sales Specialists responsible for converting inbound demand into booked nights and long-term members. This is a metrics-driven role. You will own your team’s performance end-to-end: pipeline health, follow-ups, call quality, conversion, and overall output. Beyond day-to-day management, you’ll be expected to identify gaps, implement solutions, and continuously improve how we sell, including leveraging automation and AI to increase efficiency and consistency.

About the Team:

You’ll join a lean, fast-moving team focused on scaling a high-volume, high-efficiency sales operation. The team is expected to move quickly, adapt fast, and continuously raise the bar on both performance and customer experience.

What You'll Do:

Own your team's quota and KPIs end-to-end — pipeline health, conversion, call quality, and follow-up. You'll coach in real time, manage escalations, enforce CRM discipline, and turn performance data into action. You'll also implement process improvements, automations, and AI workflows that make the team faster and more consistent.

You're hands-on with: HubSpot or Salesforce · Zapier · Looker (or similar BI) · Asana · ChatGPT or equivalent AI tools

Who You Are & What You Bring:

You're highly accountable, fast-moving, and hands-on — an operator who identifies problems early and solves them without being asked. You coach actively, lead by example, and know when to support vs. enforce standards.

  • C1 English proficiency
  • Ability to work from our Polanco office — a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • 4+ years in B2C or B2B sales with a strong performance track record
  • 2+ years managing sales or customer-facing teams
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed targets through your team
  • Strong command of sales funnels, pipeline management, and CRM tools

You're succeeding when your team consistently hits quota, pipeline is clean and actively worked, conversion improves over time, and you're catching problems before they escalate.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range $20,000 - $22,500 gross per month + commissions
  • Grocery vouchers: $1,500 MXN net per month
  • Vacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days of employment)
  • Paid time off (PTO): 40 hours per year (available after 30 days of employment)
