About the Role:

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Autopilot team. As an Account Coordinator, you will work to get our new Autopilot properties completely ready for members to book and move in. You’ll take over as soon as a contract is signed and work with properties, Area General Manager and other internal teams to collect information, coordinate installations, and ensure homes are cleaned, photographed, and ready for move in, you aren't just checking boxes; you are the mastermind ensuring our properties are perfect for our members.


About the Team:

The Autopilot Team’s goal is to ensure a successful installation and launch of all new properties through exceptional customer service for both internal and external teams.


What You’ll do:

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of Autopilot from start to finish, communicating with internal teams and property
  • Partner closely with property managers and owners to ensure they understand Autopilot Operations and collect the required information to build the property on Landing’s website
  • Work with Legal to ensure they have all necessary information to apply for Short-Term Rentals (STR) permitting
  • Collaborate with Area General Managers to coordinate key pickup and installations for all units
  • Oversee all necessary jobs creation and completion for the unit to be ready
  • Ensure all property and home information is correctly entered in our system
  • Establish a foundational relationship with the property to pass off to the Area General Manager after installation


What You’ll need:

  • Advanced Communication (B2+)

  • A "Project Manager" Mindset: Obsessive attention to detail to ensure every property launch meets our high-quality standards.

  • Proactive Autonomy: The ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment without constant supervision.

  • Extreme Ownership: You take full responsibility for the property’s success from contract signature to the first move-in.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: (For internal) A proven track record of building strong relationships across different teams at Landing.
