Account Executive
As an Account Executive (AE) you are responsible for owning and developing scalable and repeatable strategies to prospect and increase the number of loan applications and set expectations cross-functionally to provide a 7-star experience. This is a key role in terms of identifying, cultivating, and managing personal contact with key agent partners.
- Increase the number of loan officers submitting loan applications within our strategic plan to drive growth at the top of the funnel
- Day to Day, Month to Month, Quarter to Quarter and Annual accountability to hit new application goals from leads and loan applications.
- Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives that will increase top-of-funnel conversion leading to new and repeat loan applications.
- Partner with Lending, Sales and Marketing teams to set and execute on cross-functional initiatives to increase agent registrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support and create processes that will translate into simplification and scalability
- Identify gaps and help with creating solutions with other departments to improve top of funnel efficiency
- Simplifying intra and inter-department processes and sharing findings with key stakeholders so they can be implemented with other parts of the organization
- Monitor and report on key metrics
- Drive results through continuous prospecting, training, and coaching of agent centers of influence to provide the knowledge and relationships to drive greater adoption of Knock’s products to meet or exceed sales quotas and company expected metrics
- Hold regular meetings and trainings with prospective loan officers, team leads, branch managers and agents to review goals, results, and best practices for utilizing Knock’s products and programs to lead to more business
- Provide feedback regularly, both positive and developmental, cross-functionally in support of increasing the number of qualified agents and new loan applications
- Foster teamwork and maintain a positive work environment
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive C-Level conversations and maintain confidence in our services

- Real estate license and/or experience preferred

- Have proven success working 100% remote in prior positions & are experienced working with a distributed, national team
- Education: High school or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Our Compensation Philosophy: As a fully remote (U.S.-based) workforce, our goal is to ensure that all Knockstars are fairly compensated. Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act for Colorado applicants. The salary for this position is: $75,000.00 USD + incentive plan (bonus).
The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package & benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to years of experience, job level, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations. The company also reserves the right to amend or modify this job description, employee perks, and benefits at any time. Employees eligible for bonus and/or commission will be provided details in the offer letter.
