The Demand Revenue Operations Manager plays a critical role in enabling the Advertisers (Demand) organization at JWX. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, AdOps, and the Partnerships team to build the systems, processes, and tools that empower teams to operate efficiently, collaborate seamlessly, and maximize advertiser revenue.
This manager owns the end-to-end design and execution of Salesforce processes, Tableau dashboards, workflow automations, AI-driven solutions, and cross-functional operational initiatives. Success requires a strong understanding of how each department works, the ability to translate business needs into scalable operational systems, and a product mindset focused on delivering tools that reduce silos, improve efficiency, and enable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is technical, analytical, creative, highly responsible, and project-oriented, capable of managing multiple complex projects in parallel. They understand AdTech ecosystem dynamics, revenue operations metrics, and the full advertiser lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce processes for the Advertisers (Demand) team, ensuring workflows are efficient, scalable, and support Sales, Marketing, AdOps, and Partnerships.
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide clear insights into advertiser performance and revenue trends.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, reducing silos and improving collaboration across all demand-facing teams.
- Identify and implement automation and AI-driven solutions to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
- Support revenue growth by enabling teams with better tools, processes, and actionable insights.
- Lead and execute multiple operational projects from scoping through implementation, with strong communication to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary RevOps partner for the Demand organization, understanding team needs and translating them into operational solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or AdTech operations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, or another BI/visualization tool.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work across Sales, Marketing, and AdOps teams.
- Strong technical aptitude; able to design workflows, automations, and scalable processes.
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence without authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AdTech, specifically with advertiser sales or programmatic buyer operations.
- Knowledge of revenue operations metrics and advertiser lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools, AI-driven solutions, or workflow automation platforms.
- Experience managing or mentoring others (directly or indirectly).
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, automation).
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, evolving, high-growth environment.
