We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Analyst Integration Owner to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll leverage your analytical skills and industry knowledge to improve data quality, drive operational efficiency, and support Sales and Marketing with actionable insights.
What You’ll Do
- Analysis & Reporting – Build and maintain dashboards and reports across our platforms to provide actionable insights that help Sales and Marketing teams make smarter, faster decisions.
- Data Enrichment & Discovery – Clean, validate, and enrich our database of accounts and contacts, while ensuring that data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Data Governance & Automation – Design and implement scalable processes that standardize data for use in Salesforce, HubSpot and Tableau. Partner with stakeholders to automate workflows, streamline the data funnel, maintain the integrations and improve lead management efficiency.
- Industry Knowledge – Develop a deep understanding of our industry, buyers, and target personas, and apply that knowledge to ensure data is relevant, accurate, and actionable.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of professional experience applying research and analysis to support business planning.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to define and solve problems using data, logic, and structured reasoning. Experience with manipulating data in Excel and other BI tools.
- Fluency in English; excellent written communication; presentation skills are a plus.
- Comfortable working independently and with a team, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency in meeting goals. Experience in project management and project management tools like Jira, Notion, Monday
- Experience with using and managing CMS tools like Salesforce and HubSpot. Experience with Marketing Automations will be considered as a plus.
