Welcome to the Finance team at Invisible. We're a dedicated group focused on financial strategy, analysis, and compliance to drive the company's success. Our mission is to provide comprehensive financial guidance and support across all facets of the organization.

As part of the Finance team, the Strategic Finance team plays a crucial role in addressing some of the company's most critical business challenges. This team is in charge of managing the company's budget, driving quarterly and annual planning processes, efficiently allocating and deploying the company's resources, conducting financial analyses in collaboration with all departments across the company, owning financial planning systems, and playing a crucial role in investor relations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders and ensure they have the necessary resource allocations to invest in key investments/initiatives
  • Drive alignment on KPIs and key metrics to track team-specific and company-wide trends, growth initiatives, business performance, and provide visibility into operating performance
  • Measure efficiency and ROI of investments in headcount and non-headcount expenses
  • Quantifying and effectively managing the company's financial resources - Resource utilization for maximum efficiency (inter-departmental) & across all uses of capital
  • Assist with capital planning efforts, corporate finance, and investor relations
  • Provide critical support for capital raise and M&A activity, with responsibilities including:
    • Assisting in investor outreach strategy and engagement
    • Leading due diligence processes
    • Creating investor presentations and other assets
    • Collaborating with internal and external legal teams
  • Support the administration of the company’s equity compensation plans with detailed forecasting and analysis, collaboration with Hiring and People teams, and more
  • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, partnerships, and other capital allocation measures
  • Assist with investor communications and relationship management including preparing presentations and key reporting to the Board of Directors and Executive Team

Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of progressive investment banking, strategic consulting, corporate finance, or buy-side investing experience
  • A strong ability to critically evaluate opportunities and risks in financials
  • Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
  • Project management skills, with experience scoping and executing projects with cross-functional support
  • Expert modeling skills, with experience building complex operating models
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills and the ability to clearly communicate messages that link business issues, financial results, and strategy at the executive level
  • Best-in-class attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to quickly identify and methodically resolve potential roadblocks

Compensation & Benefits

  • Working Times: US (PT or ET) Hours
  • Compensation Breakdown for Tier 5
    • Base: $120,000
    • Target Cash Bonus: $45,000
    • This role is eligible to receive an option grant
