Your Mission

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Industry Strategist with a unique blend of industry expertise and consultative sales skills to join our team. As an Industry Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and optimizing high-value business processes within our enterprise clients' organizations. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your deep industry knowledge with Invisible’s process expertise to understand client needs, formulate strategic solutions, and drive consultative sales engagements using Invisible’s capabilities.

You will play a pivotal role in establishing our organization as a marquee name in a target industry (Retail). Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies that not only address the unique needs of our clients but also elevate our brand to new heights


  • Strategic Collaborations & Thought Leadership:
    • Leverage your deep industry expertise to position Invisible as a thought leader within the sector.
    • Contribute to industry publications, speak at conferences, and actively participate in industry forums to showcase our knowledge and innovative solutions.
    • Foster strategic partnerships with key players in the industry, further solidifying Invisible's position as a collaborative and influential force.
    • Building relationships with Executives at keys accounts to open new business opportunities
  • Client-Centric Approach:
    • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business objectives, challenges, and pain points.
    • Conduct in-depth consultations to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at various levels within client organizations.
    • Showcase our ability to not only meet but exceed client expectations, positioning Invisible as a company at the forefront of industry advancements .Client success stories resulting from your strategic interventions will serve as powerful testimonials, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted and effective solutions provider.
  • Strategic Solution Development:
    • Analyze the existing business processes within client organizations to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough assessments of client needs and requirements.
    • Propose strategic solutions that align with the client's business goals and deliver maximum value.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized strategies, leveraging both industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Data-Driven Impact:
    • Utilize data analytics and measurable outcomes to demonstrate the tangible impact of our strategies on clients' business processes.
    • Regularly share success metrics and case studies to showcase the real and quantifiable value we bring to our clients.
    • Provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure continuous improvement and optimization.


  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, or similar roles at a technology or services company in either the Finserv, Healthcare, AI, Retail, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Marketplaces space
  • Track record of successful consultative client engagements, preferably in enterprise-level settings to executives. Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, build rapport, and tailor solutions to drive sales.
  • Experience in strategic consulting roles where the candidate has advised clients on business process optimization, transformation, and innovation.
  • Established network and connections within the industry, demonstrating the ability to leverage relationships for strategic collaborations and business development.
  • Evidence of thought leadership, such as publications, whitepapers, or conference presentations within the industry. This indicates a proactive approach to staying at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Experience in change management, demonstrating the ability to guide clients through organizational shifts resulting from strategic implementations.
  • Experience working with or in fast-growth startups, scale-ups, or late-stage pre/post-IPO companies is crucial
  • Familiarity with integrating technology solutions into business processes. Experience in collaborating with technology teams to implement innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue & pipeline targets
  • Willingness to travel as needed (usually ~1 week/month)


  • Working Times: US (EST or PST) Hours
  • Compensation Breakdown
    • Base: $200k
    • $500k OTE
    • Generous Equity
  • Flexible Work Schedule / Unlimited Vacation Days
