    The Professional Services team helps customers turn business requirements into successful Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management implementations. We work across customers, consulting, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Support to configure, test, deploy and continuously improve solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes.

  • Education

    Graduate degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Business or a related discipline; an MBA is an advantage.

  • Experience

    0-2 years of professional experience; candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

    Genuine curiosity about enterprise technology, AI, automation and business processes; strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; grit, ownership and willingness to work through ambiguity and unfamiliar problems; the ability to learn quickly and deliver against defined timelines; a collaborative mindset with openness to feedback, knowledge sharing and team outcomes; and excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally with customers and colleagues.

  • Good-to-Have Skills

    Familiarity with generative AI tools, productivity copilots, data analysis, automation or no-code/low-code applications, along with an interest in applying these technologies responsibly to improve consulting and implementation delivery.


  • Minimum 3 full‑life‑cycle enterprise application implementations in a project manager/lead role.
  • Prior experience implementing contract management or supply‑chain applications (highly preferred).
  • Engineering degree from a reputed institute; MBA in a related field is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, perform functional design, and configure complex systems.
  • Demonstrated quick, innovative thinking and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, and support teams across multiple projects.
  • Ability to build and nurture peer‑to‑peer relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Willingness to contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Execute Icertis product implementations for enterprise customers following the company’s methodology, adhering to scope, schedule, and effort.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to design best‑of‑breed solutions that meet key implementation objectives.
  • Lead requirement gathering and functional design activities across multiple engagements.
  • Own system configuration, deployment, and post‑go‑live support for assigned projects.
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Mentor and develop consulting capabilities within the Professional Services group.
  • Provide actionable feedback to the product team to influence the Icertis roadmap.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies as a project lead for at least three full‑life‑cycle implementations.
  • Analyze data trends to devise innovative strategies that achieve project goals.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationship management with client counterparts.

  • Build functional knowledge of the Icertis platform and develop hands-on expertise in CLM configuration, testing and troubleshooting.

  • Configure and deploy customer solutions with a consistent focus on quality, accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Participate in requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and system configuration elements.

  • Collaborate with customers, consultants, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Support and other stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

  • Use approved AI-enabled applications and automation tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, configuration, testing and knowledge discovery.

  • Validate AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgment to ensure accuracy, security and responsible use.

  • Develop capabilities in data mapping, transformation, reporting and analysis to support implementation outcomes.

  • Take ownership of assigned work, communicate progress proactively, seek feedback and contribute ideas and learnings that improve Professional Services delivery.
